At Leicester Elegance, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, requests made after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned with missing parts (unless the issue resulted from our error) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping Information

At Leicester Elegance, we offer free shipping on every order within Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 7 business days. While delivery times may vary depending on your location, we always aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Every order includes full tracking. Once your parcel has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery from dispatch through to arrival.
