Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, requests made after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- Returned in its original condition.
- Free from damage caused after delivery.

Return Shipping
Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.
If the return is the result of a faulty or incorrect product supplied by Leicester Elegance, we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping costs where applicable.
How to Start a Return

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at support@leicester-elegance.com before returning your order.
Our team will provide the return instructions and arrange your replacement once your original item has been received and successfully inspected.
